- Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve performance targets and service excellence
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase branch revenue and customer acquisition

- Oversee daily branch operations including cash management, security, and facility maintenance

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of banking/financial services experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record in team management, sales performance, and operational oversight
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management
