- Lead and develop field personnel through coaching, performance management, and talent retention strategies
- Enforce strict compliance with financial regulations and internal policies to mitigate operational risks
- Implement robust asset protection protocols including inventory controls, security measures, and fraud prevention
- Drive branch performance by developing and executing sales strategies to meet/exceed targets
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure branch profitability
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with regional teams and corporate departments
- Conduct regular branch audits and ensure adherence to security protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in branch management within banking/financial services
- Proven track record in team leadership and operational excellence
- Deep understanding of financial compliance regulations (BSP, SEC, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills for financial reporting and performance optimization
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in banking software and MS Office applications
