- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with banking regulations
- Lead, manage, and develop branch staff to achieve performance targets
- Develop and implement strategies to increase branch revenue and customer base
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Aceh region
- Monitor branch performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Ensure high-quality customer service standards are met and exceeded
- Manage branch budget and financial performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or financial services
- Previous leadership experience in a managerial position
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales and performance targets
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Proficiency in banking software and MS Office applications
