Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve branch targets and revenue goals
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize performance
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and exceeded
- Manage branch operations, including inventory, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare regular reports on branch performance and submit to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of the local market in Denpasar, Bali
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
