- Manage daily branch operations and staff performance

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in management/sales leadership
- Proven track record in sales target achievement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
- Experience in education or tutoring industry preferred
- Proficiency in office software and CRM systems
