Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily branch operations, including teller functions, vault management, and cash reconciliation to ensure accuracy and security.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve branch revenue targets and expand the customer base.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and the local community to drive business development.
- Monitor branch performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and service quality.
- Ensure strict adherence to all banking laws, regulatory requirements, and internal company policies.
- Manage the branch budget and control expenses effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven track record in sales, customer service management, and team leadership.
- Deep knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in using bank management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
