Cash Management Finance, Inc. is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our operations in Munoz, Metro Manila. As a key leader in our finance organization, you will drive branch performance, optimize operational efficiency, and lead high-performing teams to achieve business objectives. This role requires strategic thinking, strong financial acumen, and exceptional leadership skills to oversee daily operations, staff development, and client relationship management. You will play a pivotal role in implementing business process improvements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining service excellence. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in credit investigation, financial appraisal, and team leadership to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence within the branch.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all branch operations including daily activities, workflow optimization, and service delivery
- Lead and develop branch staff through performance management, coaching, and professional development
- Conduct credit investigations, financial appraisals, and risk assessments for financing applications
- Implement and improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Monitor branch performance metrics and develop strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and industry standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and local business communities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in branch management or leadership roles within finance sector
- Strong expertise in credit investigation, financial appraisal, and risk assessment methodologies
- Proven track record in team leadership, staff development, and performance management
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and business metrics
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Knowledge of banking/finance regulations and compliance requirements
