Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets and KPIs
- Lead, mentor, and manage branch staff through performance coaching and talent development
- Enhance customer experience by resolving complex issues and building lasting relationships
- Monitor branch financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue generation
- Strengthen community presence through networking and local business development initiatives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience with at least 2 years in supervisory/management role
- Proven track record in sales leadership and branch performance optimization
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and make data-driven operational decisions
- Proficiency in banking software, CRM systems, and digital banking platforms
