- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share in the Semarang area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service and relationship management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer experience
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the Semarang market and local business landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions
- Experience with CRM systems and sales management software
