- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards
- Manage and develop branch staff, providing coaching and performance feedback
- Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Prepare and analyze branch performance reports
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive customer traffic and sales
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems
