- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and performance standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop sales/service teams to achieve KPIs and revenue targets
- Optimize workflows across sales, service, and customer support departments
- Implement strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience and brand loyalty
- Manage inventory, budgeting, and resource allocation efficiently
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in branch/retail management, automotive industry preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team leadership
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial and operational data
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in retail management software and CRM systems
- Understanding of electric vehicle market and Xpeng product knowledge
