Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily branch operations, including showroom sales, service center management, and parts department.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing team of sales consultants and service advisors.
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency and profitability through effective cost control measures.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to enhance brand reputation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive retail or dealership management.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing service department KPIs.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and dealership management systems.
