- Conduct comprehensive market research and product awareness campaigns at sub-district and village levels

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in banking/financial services with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and branch growth
- Strong understanding of microfinance products and local market dynamics
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote areas
- Proficiency in financial reporting systems and office software
