As a Branch Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated field staff, oversee financial portfolio performance, and ensure that our micro-finance solutions reach those who need them most. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective branch strategies to achieve business growth targets in Jawa Tengah.
- Lead and mentor branch staff to ensure high productivity, operational compliance, and excellent customer service.
- Conduct active surveys and socialization of company products within kecamatan (districts) and desa (villages).
- Manage the branch's financial portfolio, ensuring healthy loan disbursements and effective collection processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local community stakeholders and potential clients.
- Monitor and report daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance metrics to regional management.
- Ensure that all operational activities adhere to company policies, risk management protocols, and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably within the micro-finance or banking industry.
- Deep understanding of the local market landscape in Jawa Tengah.
- Proven ability to manage field teams and meet challenging sales/operational targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and conduct field work within the designated operational areas.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with core banking or CRM systems.
