Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all branch operations including sales, inventory management, and customer service delivery
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets and revenue growth
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff through performance coaching and development programs
- Monitor branch financial performance, analyze KPIs, and implement cost optimization measures
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and community partners
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports and strategic recommendations for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience in automotive, retail, or financial services
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and team performance metrics
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and budgeting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in business management software and reporting tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
