Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize daily branch operations for Cash Services to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to maintain a culture of safety, productivity, and professional development.
- Enforce strict adherence to corporate security protocols and risk management procedures at all times.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational targets and service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Manage the maintenance and allocation of armored vehicles and secure logistical assets.
- Develop strong professional relationships with banking clients and regional stakeholders.
- Prepare accurate financial and operational reports for senior management regarding branch performance.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and corporate governance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operational management, preferably in logistics, security, or banking sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of risk management, physical security protocols, and logistical planning.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and reporting software.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
