Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow efficiency.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of loan officers and support staff to maximize productivity.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch sales targets and business development goals.
- Manage the end-to-end collateral management process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Analyze branch performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve profitability.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, regulatory compliance, and risk management protocols.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the banking or financing industry.
- Proven experience in collateral evaluation, loan processing, and branch operations management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams under pressure.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in Cainta, Rizal.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in financial management software.
