This intensive career acceleration program is designed to transform experienced supervisors into the future leaders of our branch network. We are looking for individuals who have already proven their capability in a supervisory capacity and are eager to master the strategic, operational, and financial nuances of managing a successful branch.

Tanggung Jawab
- Complete a comprehensive curriculum focusing on branch operations, credit analysis, and financial management.
- Lead and motivate high-performing teams to exceed branch performance KPIs and growth targets.
- Analyze local market trends to identify new business opportunities and expand the branch's client base.
- Oversee daily branch activities, ensuring full compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Manage risk effectively, maintaining a healthy loan portfolio through diligent collections and credit assessment.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate stakeholders to execute company-wide strategic initiatives.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to team members to drive professional development and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Supervisor, preferably within the Multifinance industry.
- Must be a graduate of a recognized Management Trainee (MT), Officer Development Program (ODP), or similar internal career acceleration program.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of multifinance credit processing and risk mitigation strategies.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding challenging operational targets.
