In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our operation, ensuring that every dog in our care receives world-class treatment while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety. You will lead a dedicated team, optimize daily operations, and drive sales growth to ensure Dogville remains the top choice for pet parents in Bali.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end daily operations of the Dogville Kerobokan branch to ensure premium service delivery.
- Manage, mentor, and schedule branch staff to ensure high team morale and operational efficiency.
- Drive sales performance by executing local marketing initiatives and managing client relationships.
- Maintain rigorous health, safety, and cleanliness standards across all boarding, grooming, and play areas.
- Handle administrative tasks, including inventory management, financial reporting, and scheduling.
- Act as the primary point of contact for pet owners, resolving inquiries and ensuring a 5-star customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality or service industry.
- Deep passion for animal welfare and a professional demeanor when interacting with pets and owners.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Solid understanding of retail or service operations, including inventory control and financial management.
- Resilient, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the pet hotel industry.
