Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily branch operations and sales team performance

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years sales experience with 2+ years in management
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Deep understanding of East Java market dynamics
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
