Tanggung Jawab
- Drive overall branch profitability and achieve aggressive monthly sales targets for new vehicle units.
- Maintain excellence in after-sales service quality, ensuring high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and retention scores.
- Oversee daily showroom operations, inventory management, and facility maintenance to ensure brand alignment with Hyundai standards.
- Mentor, lead, and develop a high-performing team of sales consultants, technicians, and administrative staff.
- Implement strategic marketing initiatives at the branch level to increase foot traffic and brand awareness in the Jakarta Utara market.
- Monitor and analyze financial KPIs and operational reports, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and local automotive regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of managerial experience in the automotive industry (dealership experience preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of automotive sales processes, CRM systems, and workshop operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and managing operational budgets.
- Fluency in Indonesian and proficient in English.
