As the Branch Manager for IT Distribution in Surabaya, you will be the driving force behind the branch's performance, overseeing all facets of sales, operations, and team management. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Surabaya branch team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence in IT distribution.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic sales plans for the East Indonesia region, maximizing market penetration.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, profitable relationships with key retail partners, system integrators, and project-based clients.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding Harrisma's market share within the competitive IT distribution landscape.
  • Oversee efficient inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations to ensure seamless product flow and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to inform and adapt business strategies effectively.
  • Manage the branch's Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring optimal financial performance and responsible resource allocation.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in IT distribution, sales, or channel management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets within the IT hardware or software distribution industry.
  • Profound understanding of the Indonesian IT market dynamics, with specific knowledge of East Java's business environment.
  • Proven ability to build, lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales and operations teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken) is essential.
