Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or management in the financial services sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local market conditions in Jambi is advantageous
