Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute regional business strategies to meet and exceed sales and operational KPIs.
- Provide visionary leadership to the branch team, mentoring staff to ensure peak performance and professional growth.
- Manage the overall branch P&L, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximizing revenue streams.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Jawa Barat region.
- Oversee daily branch activities, ensuring full compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Implement data-driven improvements to customer service delivery and operational workflows.
- Prepare regular performance reports and business updates for executive leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably within the financial services or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, business development, and market analysis.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in local market knowledge of the Jawa Barat region is highly advantageous.
- Strong integrity, ethical standards, and decision-making capabilities.
