Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies to expand market share

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in Jawa Barat
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Expertise in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
