Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily store operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates and opticians.
- Drive store sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and place orders for supplies.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Implement visual merchandising displays to maximize product visibility.
- Monitor and manage operational costs and store budgets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management.
- Experience in the optical industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in meeting sales goals and managing teams.
- Proficient in computer applications and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
