- Oversee daily logistics operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Manage and lead a team of logistics professionals
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability
- Implement and maintain logistics policies and procedures

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in logistics operations management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of logistics software and systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proven track record of improving logistics operations
