As the Branch Manager, you will serve as the primary leader for our local business activities, overseeing the strategic growth of sales, marketing initiatives, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for maintaining the financial health of the branch, ensuring that all collection targets are met, and representing the BNI Multifinance brand with integrity and professionalism. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive branch business plans to achieve sales and marketing targets.
  • Manage end-to-end branch operations, including front-end sales and back-end collection processes.
  • Build and maintain strong professional networks with local business partners, dealers, and key stakeholders.
  • Implement effective collection strategies to minimize non-performing loans (NPL) and ensure healthy cash flow.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
  • Prepare regular financial and performance reports for regional management review.
  • Ensure full compliance with BNI Multifinance internal policies and industry regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the multifinance or banking industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of local market dynamics in the Medan/Sumatera Utara region.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire large teams.
  • Proven expertise in credit analysis, risk management, and collection strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office and banking/finance management software.
