As the Branch Manager, you will serve as the face of our brand, ensuring that our extensive range of 3C (Computer, Communication, Consumer Electronics) products reaches the right customers. You will manage a team of dedicated sales professionals, optimize operational workflows, and implement strategies that boost revenue and customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring high efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in the Semarang region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners, including UMKM owners and distributors.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain partners to ensure product availability.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are upheld across all interactions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management or sales leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of mobile accessories, gadgets, and 3C products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead a team and achieve KPIs.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the Semarang area.
