- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams to achieve/exceed financial targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with regional business objectives
- Monitor branch performance metrics and operational KPIs for continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent through effective leadership

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years sales management experience in FMCG/manufacturing
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
- Advanced knowledge of sales methodologies and customer relationship management
- Excellent analytical skills for performance tracking and strategic planning
- Experience in budget management and P&L oversight
