Quanterm Logistics Sdn Bhd is a prominent player in the Malaysian logistics and supply chain industry, dedicated to providing top-tier freight forwarding, warehousing, and transportation solutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to lead our Taman Molek branch as the Branch Manager / Operations Manager.
In this crucial leadership role, you will take full ownership of the branch's performance. Your primary mission is to drive robust sales growth, ensure seamless and efficient daily operations, and cultivate an environment of exceptional customer satisfaction. You will be the driving force behind the overall business performance of the branch, directly impacting our company's market presence in Johor and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all branch operations including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to capture new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
- Oversee the branch's Profit & Loss, budgeting, and cost control initiatives.
- Champion a customer-first culture, monitoring service levels and maintaining high satisfaction rates.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate branch staff to build a high-performance team.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards (OSH).
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Provide regular performance reports and strategic insights to the senior management team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial role within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
- Proven track record in sales growth and P&L management.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the Johor Bahru / Iskandar Puteri logistics market is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Possess own transport and willing to be based in Taman Molek, Johor.
