Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end daily branch operations to ensure service reliability and operational efficiency.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of ground staff, dispatchers, and support personnel.
- Implement and monitor KPIs to track productivity, service quality, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and government transport regulations.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize fleet utilization and improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and propose process improvements.
- Coordinate with regional headquarters to streamline logistics workflows and resolve escalations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in branch management, operations, or logistics leadership roles.
- Proven track record in team management and high-volume operations oversight.
- Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and operational software/dashboard tools.
- Experience in the transport, ride-hailing, or logistics industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or shifting hours as required by operational demand.
