Tanggung Jawab
- Manage overall branch operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding targets for deposits, loans, and other financial products.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of bank tellers and sales officers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients.
- Ensure strict compliance with banking regulations and internal company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail clients.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
- Must be willing to work in Cebu City, Central Visayas.
