- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve branch targets and KPIs.
- Manage the branch budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and resource allocation.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of real estate agents to maximize their potential and productivity.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing department to generate high-quality leads.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in Kabupaten Cirebon to identify opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in property sales or branch management.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Cirebon and West Java.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
