EO Executive Optical is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Santa Cruz location and drive retail excellence. As a key leader in our optical retail chain, you'll oversee daily store operations, optimize sales performance, and cultivate a customer-centric culture. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Drive sales performance through team coaching, promotional campaigns, and upselling strategies
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve patient inquiries promptly
- Train and develop staff on optical products, sales techniques, and company protocols
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures
- Coordinate with corporate teams on product launches and operational improvements
- Maintain compliance with health safety regulations and company policies
- Analyze sales data and adjust strategies to meet monthly targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience, preferably in optical/healthcare sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership skills with ability to train and motivate diverse teams
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of optical products, eye care services, and industry regulations
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
