Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the overall branch operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of service.
- Drive sales performance and achieve branch revenue and profit targets.
- Supervise, train, and mentor branch staff to ensure professional development and high performance.
- Ensure full compliance with all banking regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with clients and the local community.
- Manage branch inventory, cash flow, and financial reporting accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing branch operations effectively.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable in banking products, lending procedures, and risk management.
- Willingness to work in Solano, Nueva Vizcaya.
