Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Conduct professional market surveys and product socialization programs across sub-districts and rural villages.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch's client base and loan portfolio.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of field officers and administrative staff to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal audit standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with local community leaders and stakeholders to foster trust and brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, reporting findings to regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within the microfinance, banking, or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of rural market dynamics and community-based financial models.
- Proven track record in target achievement and portfolio management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in local languages and cultural nuances of Sumatera Utara is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the operational areas.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office suite.
