Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly branch targets.
- Lead, coach, and mentor branch staff to ensure high-quality customer service and product knowledge.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
- Analyze branch performance metrics and generate reports for senior management to track growth and profitability.
- Maintain strong brand standards and ensure the XL Center environment meets corporate visual merchandising guidelines.
- Resolve high-level customer escalations effectively to maintain brand reputation and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with local area managers to implement marketing and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, telecommunications, or a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing operational budgets.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and local dialect (Madurese/Javanese preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office suite and modern retail management software.
- Willingness to work in a high-pressure environment with a focus on target achievement.
