Tanggung Jawab
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily branch operations, ensuring strict adherence to company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
- Sales Leadership: Drive sales targets for Xpeng vehicles by developing strategies, coaching the sales team, and monitoring performance metrics.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise branch staff to ensure high morale and productivity.
- Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer service and manage client relationships to ensure high retention and satisfaction scores.
- Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor showroom inventory levels, coordinate logistics for new arrivals, and ensure optimal stock display.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the regional head.
- Marketing Execution: Assist in local marketing initiatives and promotional events to increase brand visibility in the Jakarta Raya area.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, automotive sales, or branch management roles.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading and motivating a sales team to achieve targets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, MySales) and MS Office applications.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the automotive industry, preferably with experience in EV or luxury vehicle segments.
- Character: High integrity, strong work ethic, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
