Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily branch operations including staff scheduling and performance management
- Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed monthly targets
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve client inquiries
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Train and mentor branch staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Prepare sales reports and analyze branch performance metrics
- Implement promotional campaigns and local marketing strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or sales management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software
