Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all aspects of branch operations, including cash management, vault security, and clearing processes.
- Ensure 100% compliance with BSP regulations, AML policies, and internal audit standards.
- Manage the branch accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely reporting and reconciliation.
- Drive operational efficiency by optimizing workflows and implementing bank-wide process improvements.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop branch operational staff to ensure high-performance service delivery.
- Maintain rigorous internal control measures to mitigate financial risks and prevent fraud.
- Serve as the key point of contact for internal and external audits, ensuring seamless documentation and compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in bank branch operations.
- Strong working knowledge of BSP regulations, Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume cash transactions and complex financial reconciliations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a history of developing operational talent.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Professional integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all financial matters.
