Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance branch performance metrics
- Ensure strict adherence to banking regulations, compliance standards, and risk management protocols
- Lead and mentor branch teams, fostering professional development and high-performance culture
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational bottlenecks and service issues
- Analyze financial data to identify improvement opportunities and cost-saving measures
- Manage branch resources, budgets, and vendor relationships to optimize operational outputs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking/financial services operations
- Proven leadership experience in team management and branch operations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and performance metrics
- Expertise in regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in banking systems, MS Office Suite, and operational software
