- Provide comprehensive operational support across various banking functions within the branch
- Act as a manpower pool to fill temporary vacancies for officer positions, ensuring continuity of service
- Assist in daily branch operations, including transaction processing, account management, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions and activities
- Collaborate with branch team members to achieve operational and customer service goals
- Support in the implementation of new banking products and services
- Identify and report operational issues for resolution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in branch operations
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, products, and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Must possess good moral character and pass background checks
