Join CVM Finance as a Branch Roving Specialist and become a key player in our dynamic financial services team. This critical role involves meticulously screening, validating, and processing loan applications while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll directly support our sales initiatives by building client relationships and ensuring seamless transaction processing. As a mobile branch specialist, you'll travel between locations to provide on-site financial guidance, troubleshoot complex inquiries, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. This position offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in credit assessment protocols while contributing to our mission of expanding financial accessibility across Calabarzon.

- Screen and validate loan applications for accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Process loan disbursements efficiently while maintaining detailed documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person and digital channels
- Support sales activities by identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Conduct financial literacy sessions for branch clients
- Collaborate with branch managers to achieve regional targets
- Maintain updated knowledge of financial products and policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years' experience in banking or financial services
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial software
- Valid driver's license for branch mobility
- Knowledge of SEC/BSP regulations
