Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and general banking transactions.
- Proactively cross-sell and up-sell bank products such as time deposits, insurance, and credit cards.
- Process cash and non-cash transactions accurately and in accordance with banking regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment to enhance the customer experience.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the branch team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a graduate of any Bachelor’s degree (Open for Fresh Graduates).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new banking technologies and procedures.
- Must possess a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
