Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the optical branch to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates and opticians to achieve individual and store targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase foot traffic.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction, resolving any issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and minimize shrinkage.
- Uphold the visual merchandising standards and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the optical, fashion, or luxury goods industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Valid professional license (if applicable to optical practice).
- Willingness to be based in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental.
