Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Lead, mentor, and develop sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalated customer concerns
- Analyze sales performance data and identify opportunities for business improvement
- Monitor store expenses and implement cost-effective operational practices
- Coordinate with optical lab and corporate teams to ensure product availability
- Comply with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years retail sales management experience, optical industry preferred
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and customer relationship abilities
- Proficiency in sales analytics and inventory management systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid NBI clearance and willingness to undergo drug screening
