Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect new clients to expand the bank's customer base.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Promote and cross-sell a comprehensive range of financial products, including loans, credit cards, and investment solutions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and branch-level sales targets consistently.
- Conduct professional financial consultations to understand client needs and provide appropriate banking solutions.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal banking policies, KYC regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate seamless service delivery and problem resolution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of financial products and market trends.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to meet targets.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to customer service.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable with banking CRM software.
