Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement local sales strategies to achieve monthly branch targets.
- Proactively source and onboard new clients for various loan products.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure retention and referrals.
- Conduct thorough assessments of loan applications and ensure complete documentation.
- Collaborate with the branch team to optimize operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Represent Asialink Group of Companies professionally in community events and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for branch management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking, lending, or microfinance industry.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet aggressive sales quotas.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a high-pressure environment.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Davao City.
