Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through personalized financial consultations
- Promote and cross-sell banking products including loans, credit cards, and investment options
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in the Angeles City area
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics for management review
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting banking services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 1-3 years of sales experience in banking, insurance, or financial services
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with client-focused mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and banking software systems
- Valid NBI clearance and willingness to undergo background checks
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays when required
